For a new business applying for interior alterations that include a change of use, the property owner MUST also check with the Division of Planning to see if they are required to submit a site plan application for a change of use. This must be approved before the issuance of the building permit.

All new Commercial Building Permits must have an approved site plan. You will need to reference your SP number and approval date if applicable.
