Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is responsible for all Bedford County zoning and subdivision matters and applicable zoning ordinances.

There are seven members on the Planning Commission. They are all appointed by the Board of Supervisors by district.

The Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month.

Planning Commission meetings are typically held the first Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. in the third floor boardroom of the County Administration Building (122 East Main Street, Bedford).
