The Board of Building Appeals is charged with hearing appeals of decisions made by the Building Official. Board members make decisions to overturn, uphold, or modify the official's decision.
There are seven members on the Board of Building Appeals. Each member is appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
The Board of Building Appeals meets as needed, with 30 days notice given to the public.
