The Planning Commission is responsible for all Bedford County zoning and subdivision matters and applicable zoning ordinances.
There are seven members on the Planning Commission. They are all appointed by the Board of Supervisors by district.
The Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month.
Agricultural Economic Development Advisory Board meetings are held at the Ag Extension Office located at 1257 County Farm Rd., Bedford.
