If you do not wish to attend the regular meeting in person but would like to submit a comment for the citizen comment period or the public hearings, you may do so by emailing your comment. Emailed comments must be received by noon on the day of the meeting. (Emailed comments are not read aloud during the meeting but are given to the Board for their consideration prior to the start of the meeting.).

If you would like to watch the regular meeting from home, it will be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/CountyofBedford beginning at 7:00 pm.

Please Note: Bedford County is moving to an online platform for all public notifications. If you wish to continue to receive public notices, meeting agendas, etc., please go to www.bedfordcountyva.gov/subscribe to enter your email address. After clicking the “Submit” button (located directly below where you enter your email address) you will be taken to a screen where you can select which meetings, news, and calendar events, etc., you would like to continue to receive. (For example: selecting “Board of Supervisors” under “Calendar Events” will enable you to be notified when there is a meeting agenda or meeting documentation packet available, when changes have been made to the Board’s meeting calendar, etc.) You will be able to unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or “manage my subscriptions” at the bottom of the email notifications you receive.

The email distribution lists currently used to send out notifications like this one will be discontinued after August 31, 2023, so please be sure to sign up online at your earliest convenience.
