Public Notice:

The Bedford County Board of Supervisors has added a regular meeting for October 12, 2021 at 7:00 pm following their dinner with the Economic Development Authority (at 5:00 pm) and joint meeting with the Economic Development Authority (at 5:30 pm).

The dinner and joint meeting with the EDA will be held in the ground floor training room; the regular meeting will be held in the boardroom. Both meeting rooms are located in the Bedford County Administration Office, 122 E. Main St., Bedford, VA. 

Attached is the Board of Supervisors agenda packet for the October 12, 2021 meeting at 7:00 pm. Please note this meeting falls as a Tuesday as County offices are closed on Monday for the holiday.

If you do not wish to attend the meeting in person but would like to submit a comment for the citizen comment period or the public hearing, you may do so by emailing your comment to publichearing@bedfordcountyva.gov. Emailed comments must be received by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. (At this time, emailed comments are not read aloud during the meeting, but are given to the Board for their consideration prior to the start of the meeting.)
