Please take notice the Bedford County Board of Supervisors has added a Worksession on August 24, 2020 at 5:00 pm in the boardroom of the Bedford County Administration Office, 122 E. Main Street, Bedford, VA to discuss CARES Act funding. 

The Board has also added a Special Called Meeting for a Closed Session immediately following the Worksession, pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(8), consultation with legal counsel employed or retained by a public body regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel. Nothing in this subdivision shall be construed to permit the closure of a meeting merely because an attorney representing the public body is in attendance or is consulted on a matter; specifically, pertaining to the Bedford County Broadband Project.
