Public Notice: Please take notice that the Bedford County Broadband Authority has added a Special Called Meeting on May 11, 2020, immediately following the Board of Supervisors worksession already scheduled for the same evening.  The purpose of the meeting will be to hold a Closed Session pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A) (8) consultation with legal counsel employed or retained by a public body regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel (specifically, pertaining to the Bedford County Broadband Project). The closed session will be held in the boardroom of the Bedford County Administration Office, 122 E. Main St., Bedford, VA.
